Khary Cuffe

Khary Cuffe is co-founder and board member of Heritage Link Brands. He oversees all fiscal control functions. Formerly with Prudential Financial and UBS Investment Bank, Cuffe has a decade of experience in public and corporate finance, with transactional experience in Mortgage Backed Securities, Mergers & Acquisitions, Debt, Equity, and Initial Public Offerings. Having also served as Director of Marketing for L'Oreal USA, and prior to that, as a marketing executive with the Procter & Gamble Company, Khary brings extensive general management experience to the organization.

 

Cuffe is a graduate of Wesleyan University and holds Masters degrees from the Harvard Business School and John F. Kennedy School of Government. He also serves as a board member for LISNR, communication protocol that sends data over audio.

Selena Cuffe

Selena Cuffe is co-founder and board member of Heritage Link Brands. With two decades of international trade experience, she has served in key roles for United Airlines, Procter & Gamble, and the Council on International Educational Exchange (CIEE), overseeing initiatives for over 40 countries. Cuffe is also president of SodexoMAGIC, a $600 million joint venture between NBA legend and hall of famer, Mr. Earvin "Magic Johnson" and French food and facilities management company, Sodexo, Inc. 

 

Cuffe is a graduate of Stanford University and holds an MBA with honors, from Harvard University. She is certified, with merit, by UK-based Wine and Spirits Educational Trust, (WSET).

 

An avid activist of global trade, education, and exchange, Cuffe is a life member of the Council on Foreign Relations and serves as an Advisor to the Stanford University Bing Overseas Studies Program, Global Fund for Widows, Face to Face Health and is Vice President Emeritus of the Harvard Business School Alumni Board.

Lee'Dya Houze

Lee'Dya Houze serves as Chief Analytics Officer where she oversees compliance, internal and external reporting, operational analysis and data infrastructure requirements.

 

Houze brings more than 35 years of business, technology and financial services experience as founder of Alactic Systems and over 25 years experience as Broker of Houze Real Estate Management & Development.  Before joining Heritage Link Brands, Houze consulted on systems implementation, cost reduction and risk mitigation for Boeing, and Underwood Loss Controls, and Ebasco Services.

 

Houze holds a Bachelors of Arts in Quantitative Economics from California State University, Dominquez Hills and received an Executive MBA certification from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth University.

Jerome McCuin

Jerome McCuin serves as Vice President and oversees the company’s technological assets and direction. He has held IT positions with AT&T, Disney and Verizon and is the founder of Back Office Boss, serving the needs of emerging American businesses.

 

A graduate of the University of Washington, McCuin also spent a year in Seoul, Korea studying technology management, economics and policy. From his base in Asia, McCuin brings technological innovation as well as a knowledgeable first point contact to our constituents in Hong Kong and the Philippines.

Steve Ng

Steve Ng serves as the Chief Marketing Officer where he overseas advertising, promotions and corporate communications.

Steve has an extensive background in marketing, sales and loyalty programs. Prior to joining Heritage Link Brands, he worked for several companies, including United Airlines, and JPMorgan Chase. He also serves as an adjunct professor in the hospitality department of the University of Delaware..

 

Steve earned a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Tufts University and an MBA from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College.

Carole Solomon

Carole Solomon is Vice President of Business Development. She oversees distributor and trade relations, and leads strategy on sales and marketing initiatives that create new marketplace opportunities for the company. An expert at building partnerships and creative content, Solomon previously developed programming for MGM, Walt Disney Company, and has held successful consultative and senior management positions at Miramax Films, Rand McNally, Los Angeles Music Center, and Doubleday.

 

An alumnus of Stanford University, Solomon has been honored with Volunteer Leadership awards and is an Emeritus Board Member for the Stanford National Black Alumni Association. She is certified, with distinction, by UK-based Wine and Spirits Educational Trust, (WSET). Carole currently serves on the PBS Southern California Community Council and the Executive Board of Center Theatre Group Affiliates.
