Website Purchases
All orders containing alcoholic beverages are shipped from a licensee. We have partnered with WTN Services (a division of 1.800.Flowers.com) to provide legal delivery of wine to approximately 80% of all zip codes in the United States.
Wine Shipments
By law, WTN cannot currently ship to the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Connecticut, Delaware, Kentucky, Maryland, Mississippi, Montana, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Utah.
Any applicable state taxes will be added. In some states, we are prohibited from offering any inducements or offers.
Except as noted, we accept orders under our license or transfer orders to WTN Services and ship to the consumer via their CA and OH warehouse locations using common carriers UPS or FedEx. Individual state compliance is maintained on a SKU level; not all wines are available in all states.
Legal Age Requirement
Wine may be sold and delivered only to a person who is at least 21 years old. By virtue of your order with Heritage Link Brands, LLC you represent to us that you are at least 21 years old and the person to whom any wine will be delivered is also 21 years old. At the time of delivery, any shipment containing an alcohol beverage product will require the signature of an adult possessing valid picture identification issued by a government agency proving he or she is at least 21 years old.
All buyers and recipients of purchased alcohol must be 21 years of age or older.
Preventing Underage Purchases: AN ADULT SIGNATURE IS REQUIRED BY LAW FOR ALL DELIVERIES! If no one is available to receive the package, a subsequent attempt to deliver will be made. If subsequent attempts are unsuccessful, your order will be returned to the logistics center from which it originally shipped. An additional fee will apply to reship undeliverable packages. Heritage Link Brands, LLC recognizes and complies with all federal, state, and local laws regarding sale of alcohol to minors. All shipments require an adult signature; proof of age will be verified by delivery carrier. No deliveries will be made to a visibly intoxicated person.
Promotional Certificates
Any and all certificates issued by Heritage Link Brands, LLC are valid for one year from date of distribution, unless otherwise noted. Each certificate is good for a “one-time only” credit towards the purchase of products or membership in the Heritage Link Brands Wine Club as designated per certificate.
Standard Ground Shipping
The typical standard shipping option for orders is the Ground Delivery service of United Parcel Service (UPS). Orders shipped Ground will typically arrive 3 - 6 business days after the order leaves the warehouse.
Express Shipping
Express Shipping, via UPS 3-Day Air, 2-Day Air, is available for an additional shipping charge. During the check out process the exact shipping charge for all deliveries within the continental U.S. will be posted.
Order Tracking
Once your package has been scanned by the common carrier, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Shipping & Handling charges are noted during the check-out process.
Multiple Delivery Attempts
If no one is available to receive the package and it cannot be left in a secure location, two subsequent attempts to deliver will be made.
Benefits of Using a Commercial Delivery Address
We strongly encourage you to provide us, whenever possible, with a commercial address for the delivery of your order to aid in the smooth delivery of your shipment.
Title Transfer
Title of all products sold is transferred to the buyer at the time the initial payment is made and said transfer occurs. By the act of purchasing products from Heritage Link Brands, LLC the buyer authorizes Heritage Link Brands, LLC and its agents to act on your behalf in processing and shipping the order, in compliance with all federal and state laws.
Weather Disclaimer
Heritage Link Brands, LLC is not responsible for weather-related damage. Common carriers do not provide climate control over shipments and thus cannot insure packages from freezing. The purchaser assumes all risk brought on by the weather during shipment. Damage related to the weather and climate during shipment is not the responsibility of Heritage Link Brands, LLC or the common carrier.
Legal Liability
Heritage Link Brands, LLC makes no claim that the buyer has any legal right to have alcohol shipped to any destination outside of designated states for which it has license. Due to restrictions, you may not have your delivery made to a P.O. Box or a military address, or any international address (including our Canadian neighbors).
Regulatory matters are subject to change. All transactions are void where prohibited by law.
