If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, please contact us right away. We will do all that we can to make things right. Heritage Link Brands, LLC is not responsible for weather-related damage. Common carriers do not provide climate control over shipments and thus cannot insure packages from freezing. The purchaser assumes all risk brought on by the weather during shipment. Damage related to the weather and climate during shipment is not the responsibility of Heritage Link Brands, LLC or the common carrier. Wine Club shipments will intentionally be held during extreme hot or cold weather. We will also proactively encourage you not to place orders when extreme hot or cold weather is expected. The circumstances surrounding any order may impact our enforcement of company policy. |
