Return Policy

We strive to deliver high quality products, reliable shipping that gets to you as quickly as possible, and exceptional customer care. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, please contact us right away. We will do all that we can to make things right.

By law, we accept returned goods that were purchased in error. In addition, because of the fees charged by your credit card company when we charge and subsequently credit your card, we may collect a $10.00 restocking fee. If an order is returned for failure to provide proper proof of age, the Buyer is responsible for payment of all return shipping charges. In addition, Heritage Link Brands, LLC will charge a $10.00 stocking fee. You will not be responsible for paying the restocking fee if we made an error on your order.

Heritage Link Brands, LLC is not responsible for weather-related damage. Common carriers do not provide climate control over shipments and thus cannot insure packages from freezing. The purchaser assumes all risk brought on by the weather during shipment. Damage related to the weather and climate during shipment is not the responsibility of Heritage Link Brands, LLC or the common carrier. Wine Club shipments will intentionally be held during extreme hot or cold weather. We will also proactively encourage you not to place orders when extreme hot or cold weather is expected.
