Frequently Asked Questions

Does Heritage Link Brands sell wine in my state? Can I buy locally instead of online?
We sell wine in 41 U.S. states via wholesale distributors.
For a complete listing of states where our wines can be sold, visit the U.S. Distributor List. Or visit here for a partial list of local retailers and restaurants. If you have a favorite shop from which you like to purchase, please have them contact our licensed distributor in your state.

Where can Heritage Link Brands Ship?

By law, Heritage Link Brands cannot currently ship to the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Connecticut, Delaware, Kentucky, Maryland, Mississippi, Montana, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Utah.

Individual state compliance is maintained on an SKU level, so not all wines are available in all states. Any applicable state taxes will be added. In some states, we are prohibited from offering any inducements or offers.

Are your wines available for purchase in stores?
Yes! For a listing of all stores currently featuring our wines, visit here.

I'm not in the United States but I would still like to purchase your wines? How can I do this?
Heritage Link Brands does permit wines to be purchased by individuals and companies abroad. Normally these wines are purchased as gifts for friends, family, and clients who are in the U.S. Our wines can only be shipped directly to consumers located in one of the states where we are legally able to ship.

To do so, simply enter any "state" under the "Billing Information" section of the shopping cart and include your detailed international billing address in the "Add a Note About Your Order" section.

My organization is interested in having someone from Heritage Link Brands showcase wines and speak at our event/conference - how do I book a speaker and secure wines for such an occasion?
